NETWORKING BONUS (NB) - Otherwise
known as Great Monetary Award. From the P1,500.00 Registration Fee, a
TCN member will earn 10% on his/her first level direct downline, 3% on
his/her 2nd level, 3% on his/her third level, 2% on his/her
fourth level and 2% on his/her fifth level. No monthly sales
maintenance requirement.
2.
RETAILER’S BONUS (RB) - Difference
between the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) and Wholesale Price (WP) of
all TCN products. Retailer’s Bonus is 20% of the SRP. TCN members pay
the company at Wholesale Price when buying products.
3.
REPURCHASE BONUS (RPB) - A Direct
Sponsor will earn 5% to 35% override commission from his/her personal
Point Value and the Group Point Value of his/her Direct Downlines.
The earnings of the Direct Sponsor is net of the earnings of the
Direct Downlines. If the Direct Downlines reached the maximum 35%
re-purchase bonus as that of his/her Direct Sponsor, the Direct
Sponsor will still earn 2% re-purchase Bonus from the personal point
value of his/her Direct Downlines up to the 5th level. It
is paid monthly.
4.
PROMOTE-OUT BONUS (POB) - Managers,
Directors, Executive Directors, Chief Operating Officers & Chief
Executive Officers are qualified to receive this bonus. It is paid
monthly.
A Manager will
receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the Personal Point Value of
his/her Direct Downline Managers up to 10th level.
A Director will
receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the Personal Point Value of his/her Direct Downline Directors up to 10th
level. He/she will also receive 1%
Promote-Out Bonus from the PPV of his/her Direct Downline Managers up
to 8th level.
An Executive Director will receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the
Personal Point Value
of his/her Direct Downline Executive Directors up to 10th
level. He/she will also receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the PPV of his/her Direct Downline
Directors up to 8th level. He/she will also receive
1% Promote-Out Bonus from the PPV of his/her Direct Downline Managers up to 6th level.
A Chief Operating Officer will receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the
Personal Point Value
of his/her Direct Downline COOs up to 10th level.
He/she will also
receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the PPV of his/her Direct
Downline Executive
Directors up to 8th level. He will also receive 1%
promote-out Bonus from the PPV of
his/her Direct Downline Directors up to 6th level.
He will also receive 1%
Promote-Out Bonus from the PPV of his/her Direct Downline Managers up to
4th level.
A Chief Executive Officer will receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the
Personal Point Value
of his/her Direct Downline CEOs up to 10th level.
He/she will also receive 1%
Promote-Out Bonus from the PPV of his/her Direct Downline COOs sup to 8th
level. He will also receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus from the PPV of
his/her Direct
Downline EDs up to its 6th level. He/she will also
receive 1% Promote-Out Bonus
from the PPV of his/her Direct downline Directors up to 4th
level. He/she will
also receive 1% Promote-Out
Bonus from the PPV of his/her Direct Downlines
Managers up to 2nd level.
5.
APPLIANCE BONUS (AB) - 2% of the
company’s GPV will be allocated for this bonus. It will be
proportionately (in percentage) divided among the Managers (30%),
Directors (25%), Executive Directors (20%), COOs (15%) and CEOs (10%).
The winner will receive P100, 000.00 worth of appliances. One Point
Value is equal to One Peso.
6.
TRAVEL BONUS (TB) - 3% of the company’s GPV is allocated
for this bonus. It will be proportionately (in percentage) divided
among the Directors (40%), Executive Directors (30%), Coos (20%) &
CEOs (10%). The winner will receive P300, 000.00 budget for the
trip. One Point Value is equal to One Peso.
7.
CAR BONUS (CB) - 4% of the
company’s GPV is allocated to this bonus. It will be proportionately
(in percentage) divided among the Executive Directors (47%) COOs (35%)
& CEOs (20%). The winner will receive a new car worth P1.5 million.
One point Value is equal to one peso.
8.
PROFIT SHARING BONUS (PSB) - 1% of
the company’s GPV is allocated to this bonus. It will be
proportionately (in percentage) divided among the COOs (60%) & CEOs
(40%). One Point Value = One Peso. It will be given every December of
each year.
